HACKER CHANGE MY PASSWORD

1. my character Name: LUPETZ

2. equipment information: egg set (egg armor +27, egg gloves +21, egg boots +25, 2xegg ring, 2xeggblade both +25, mj lv150 str, and bd set with heavy gems.)
3. not sure, but maybe JenLi, TeaTime, or El nino

4. october 29,2010 around 2pm to 2:20pm

5. please see attached file "proof" for screenshots, (someone change my password)

6. I just say to world chat "LONG LIFE EGPKO", then TeaTime response, he telling to chat word that im hacker. then after few minutes (3-5minutes) my account automatic disconnected and when i try log in again, someone change my pasword.

I already send a message to your helpdesk@egpko.my, but until now my problem is not solve.
Honestly to tell this game cost me a lot of real cash. I use 50$ to get egg set, 40$ on 2xegg ring, 40$ on mj lv150 str, 40$ on 2xkylin blade, and lot of effort/time to get high gems for my equipment. I think I already have strong equipment but Im not satisfy, I still planning to donate more to get egg blade, ring of death, and MJ lv150 con, but for what happen to me I think i feel nervous or hesitate to make donation again, because I dont receive any help from EGpko if some hacker hack my account again and ofc everyone dont want to waste there hard work and money. So please I beg you I really need your help.. thanks in advance and understanding..

Hi EGpko Admin, many day past but until now my problem not solve. to remind you again my problem.."my problem is i cant log in my acount name "LUPETZ", because the hacker change my pasword". So can you please tell me how I can recover my account password?
everyday i saw in EGpko in game system "LONG LIFE EGPKO".. do you think this game will take long life if you dont support or help your player? I expend already a lots of money in your game and in the end my hardwork will gone..? So please admin dont let me think that I just waste my money in your game or else maybe i change my online game and expend my money to other game that deserve to be expend money. So please help me even im not from the country of malaysia. im still want to say thank you and sorry for my bad expression, I just feel bad this day because all my hard work is gone..
